Just a walk to the beach up date
Just returned home to find a stack of emails from you mad people who have signed up to take part in this dash to the surf and sand. As I'm doing the walking Cath is doing the running of the back office. At present she is writing long lists of things to do but one thing we have decided is that the journey will end on Sunday 14th September. So start breaking in hiking boots, oiling bikes and waxing down surfboards. More news soon from Team Curtis.

Hi Team Curtis, I'm interested in the trek to the beach but I was concerned I would have to walk from London to Devon. Can I pretend I live somewhere else!? Glad all is looking up in Robin Ward. Love Tasha xxx
Much excitement in the Lancaster home as Steve wants to cycle to Devon - from Kettleshulme! Will be in touch for details. (Tash, maybe you could get a backie...)
After a few glasses of the dark red variety- Lisa decided she was going to swim the equivalent miles in her local pool ! then Nuri pointed out, there was not enough days left in this brand new year !? So she has come up with her own formula ... Let's see.. 420km from Poynton to DEvon..(420km = 420 lengths of a 25m pool) ...she will work towards doing all her lengths in August. Family Zughaid will then try and meet in Devon. Hope this is ok, and hope you understand I might need to tweek this rash statement- when the exitement wears off !
